This is called the Lazy Man’s Yoga for a reason! This massage combines traditional Thai kneading and stretching with some deep tissue strokes on tight muscles.   The client is left feeling that he or she just had an hour long yoga session. Client may be unclothed (as with other table massage styles) or clothed in work out geared for stretching.

This modality is Energy Work and therefore does not include actual hands-on massage.
